JESSICA GALLAGHER
Jessica Gallagher is a certified English teacher from the United States with over a decade of experience in English as a Second Language (ESL) education across K-12 and university levels. She earned her undergraduate degree in Adolescent English Education with a minor in Creative Writing from the State University of New York-New Paltz, where her involvement in various research projects ignited her passion for educational research. While teaching in New York City, she completed her master’s degree in Teaching English as a Second Language with a focus in Sociolinguistics from the City University of New York-Hunter College’s esteemed School of Education. During this time, she actively created programs and advocated for immigrant and minority students, empowering their voices within their communities. Since relocating to Peru in 2019, Jessica continues her dedication to teaching English and promoting its importance.

DREW OLCZAK
Drew Olczak is a passionate and experienced educator with over nine years in the field, having served as a 1st, 2nd, and 3rd grade teacher and a K–6 math coach. Based in Buffalo, New York, Drew is committed to educational equity and transformation. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education, a Master's degree in Literacy, and is Google Level 1 Certified.
Currently serving as a National Content Specialist with HMH, Drew partners with educators and school leaders across the globe to co-create innovative solutions that meet the diverse needs of students and communities. His work is grounded in a deep belief in the power of collaboration, culturally responsive teaching, and the thoughtful integration of technology.
Drew is especially focused on the evolving role of Artificial Intelligence in education, exploring how AI can enhance teaching practices, personalize learning, and promote equitable outcomes for all learners.

INDIRA LEÓN
An experienced English instructor with 20+ years teaching all CEFR levels, Indira León has seen the steps English students take from the very beginning in their learning process until they get international certifications.
She has been a proctor and conducted interviews with candidates for international exams such as ECCE, ECPE, DELE and others. Her journey has also taken her to different cities around Peru to participate as a guest speaker for NatGeo Learning.
During her career at a binational center, she has participated in pilot programs to implement teaching techniques, delivered methodology and teaching practice courses as well as elaborated training material for new teachers. She is also a teacher trainer at the Specialization Program in English Language Teaching at Universidad Ricardo Palma.

Mr. Saravia holds a degree in education with specialisation in English and has been
teaching for more than 20 years in all levels from kinder to postgraduate programmes. Experienced in teaching CLIL, literacy, literature and international exams trainer.
Having studied a Master in Managing and Innovation in Education, Mr Saravia has been leading teams and training teachers for the last 10 years. As a certified CELTA and Train the Trainer professional, Mr. Saravia applies and researches the latest trends in teaching. He also has a tremendous concern and commitment towards the use of arts in education as a tool to develop soft skills and engage self development.

Catherine Mendoza is a visionary leader in English Language Teaching (ELT) and assessment, with over 20 years of experience driving innovation in academic and administrative management. She has led nationwide educational initiatives, built strategic international alliances, and successfully managed Cambridge exam centers across Peru.
Currently serving as Key Account Manager for Cambridge University Press & Assessment in Peru and Bolivia, Catherine develops high-impact partnerships and strengthens educational programs across diverse large-scale institutions. She holds multiple international certifications in English and is a Cambridge Certified Teacher Trainer. She is currently pursuing an MBA, further expanding her leadership and strategic capabilities to meet the evolving demands of the education sector.
