Christopher Wilson is the Professional Learning and Development Consultant for Cambridge English in Peru, a role he has held since October 2025. He has over 15 years of experience teaching English as a foreign language in businesses, private schools, and language centres.
Beyond the classroom, he has extensive experience in curriculum development, content creation, and teacher training. He studied English Language Teaching in Brazil and has been actively engaged in professional development for nearly a decade.

Jeri manning
Jeri Manning is a U.S. Department of State English Language Fellow in Perú and an ESOL educator with 25 years of experience in U.S. and international K–12 schools. She holds a Master of Arts in TESOL from the School for International Training and is a licensed K–12 ESOL teacher in Vermont.
During her 2026 Fellowship, Jeri has collaborated with the Perú Ministry of Education and the Fulbright Commission on teacher education, curriculum and assessment, instructional resources, and professional development. She also presented at TESOL Perú 2026. Her professional interests include second language acquisition, literacy development, and practical approaches that build learners’ confidence and English language skills. She is particularly interested in using culturally relevant texts, images, and intentional instructional structures to help students expand their language skills and communicate more effectively in English.

sandro chávez
Sandro Chavez Ortiz is an English language educator and teacher trainer with more than 15 years of experience in ELT, including over 12 years as a teacher and academic coordinator in schools. He currently works as an Academic Consultant at SBS, training English teachers across Peru, while also teaching online.
He has worked at UPC, I-ED, Británico and Euroidiomas, and has prepared students and teachers for various international English examinations. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Education from UNFV, the Cambridge CPE at C2 level, and all three modules of the Cambridge DELTA. Having lived in the United States, Australia and New Zealand, he has gained extensive international experience with the English language. He is currently pursuing a Master’s degree at a Spanish university.

Inés Campos
Inés Campos is an Academic Consultant for Pearson, based in Lima, Peru. As part of her responsibilities, Ines delivers professional training to English teachers and conducts academic follow-up for key Pearson accounts. In addition, Ines is a certified Virtual Master Trainer at Pearson and serves as a member of the Assessment Team for Peru, Ecuador, and Bolivia.
Ines holds a Bachelor of Arts in Education with a specialization in English, as well as a master’s degree in education administration. She also headed a Language Center at a private university in Lima for 13 years. In 2024, Ines contributed to the Sales Enablement and Learning team at Pearson Global. In 2010, Ines attended the Oxford Teachers’ Academy summer course at Exeter College, Oxford, England, designed for English educators. Beyond this formative experience, Ines has attended numerous international conferences, including TESOL-USA conventions in New Orleans, Philadelphia, Dallas, Baltimore, Seattle, and Long Beach (Los Angeles).

Experienced in teaching CLIL, literacy, literature and international exams trainer. Having studied a Master in Managing and Innovation in Education, and a diploma in Neuroeducation and inclusion, Mr Saravia has been leading teams and training teachers for the last 12 years applying the latest research. As a certified CELTA and Train the Trainer professional, Mr. Saravia applies and researches the latest trends in teaching. He also has a tremendous concern and commitment towards the use of arts in education as a tool to develop soft skills and engage self-development.

Gustavo González is a Teacher of English, international teacher educator, and presenter. He holds a postgraduate certificate in ELT, a diploma in Education and New Technologies, and a diploma in Neurosciences for Educators. He has presented in Argentina, across the Americas, and in Spain, Singapore, and China. Gustavo is a freelance presenter for Oxford University Press and a teacher trainer for the Oxford Teachers’ Academy. He is a former Vice President of FAAPI and currently serves as TESOL Spain Overseas Coordinator.

I'm an ELT professional with a bachelor's degree in Bilingualism with an emphasis in English, dedicated to crafting impactful learning experiences, developing innovative materials, and implementing assessment strategies. Currently, I apply this expertise as an academic consultant for Pearson, specializing in assessment. Throughout my ten years as an English teacher, including five years teaching online for educational projects in Colombia and other Latin American countries, I've consistently integrated ICT to enhance student engagement. My contributions also include designing, adapting, and applying teaching materials for various initiatives, such as writing workshops, leveling courses, and integrating AI tools in ELT classrooms.
